  • For Classes XI–XII: Admission is subject to the child's Class X result and may include a subject-counselling session.

  • Partial payments do not reserve a seat.
  • An official Fee Receipt will be issued within 24 hours of payment.

The following documents must be submitted at the time of application. Admission will not be confirmed until all documents are received.

  • Birth Certificate (original + 1 photocopy)

Fee Policy

  1. The annual fee structure is shared with the parents and is subject to revision each academic year.
  2. Fees may be paid annually, semi-annually, or quarterly — as per the options provided in the Fee Schedule.
  3. Accepted payment modes: Online transfer (NEFT/UPI), Demand Draft, or Cash at the school counter.
  4. Post-dated cheques are accepted only with prior approval from the Accounts Office.
  5. Discretionary Fee Concessions

The school may, at its discretion, offer time-limited concessions, early-bird discounts, or promotional fee structures during specific admission windows. These are governed by the following:

    1. Concessions are period-specific and tied to the date of admission confirmation, available capacity at that time, and the applicable admission cycle. They are not permanent entitlements.
    2. Fee structures offered to one family are not transferable and do not set a precedent for other families admitted at a different time or under different circumstances.
  6. The school may, at its discretion, award merit-based scholarships to deserving students on a case-to-case basis. Scholarships are evaluated holistically on the student's Scholastic (academic) and Co-scholastic (sports, arts, co-curricular) profile.
  7. Transport Facility Withdrawal
    1. Requests to withdraw from the school transport facility will not be accepted after the month of October of the academic session.
    2. If a student utilises transport up to and including the month of November, transport charges for December through March will remain payable in full — even if the student discontinues use of the school bus.
    3. For withdrawals requested before October: transport fees already paid will not be refunded for months elapsed. Fees paid for future months (eyond the withdrawal date) will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
    4. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the Transport Office.

Late Fee Policy

  1. Parents must ensure that the full fees (including the extra consumables during the term) are payable quarterly in advance by 10 (10 April, 10 July, 10 Oct, 10 Jan).
  2. After 10th - 2 Days of Grace Period are given to the parents - 11 and 12.
  3. From 13th onwards - A late fee of Rs. 100 per day will be effective.
  4. In case of a dishonoured cheque, the payments have to be made by cash, and a fine of Rs. 1000 will be levied.
  5. Failure to pay fees within 45 days of the due date -
    1. will require an appropriate disciplinary action to be taken by school authorities.
    2. Failure to do so will result in the name of the child being struck off the rolls.
    3. Re-admission fees of Rs 5000 will be charged if re-admission is granted.
Note: It is not obligatory on the part of the school to send a fee reminder.

Refund on Fee Policy

  1. Registration fee and admission fee are non-refundable once admission is confirmed, under all circumstances. Non-refundable
  2. Tuition fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Non-refundable
    Rationale of Point 1 & 2

The Registration and Admission fee is non-refundable as these charges cover administrative processing, documentation, and the permanent reservation of a seat in your child's grade. Once a seat is confirmed, it is removed from availability — including from families on the active waitlist. The school cannot recover this seat now or in mid-session, resulting in a direct loss to another child who sought admission and to the school's operational planning.

In the event a parent requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment, the Registration and Admission fee remains fully non-refundable. By completing payment, the parent confirms a considered decision to enroll. The school, upon receipt of payment, immediately initiates administrative processes — seat blocking, document verification, class allocation, and waitlist closure for that grade. These actions are irreversible on the system from the moment payment is received. A change of mind, irrespective of the time elapsed since payment, does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  3. In case of withdrawal mid-session, the parent is liable to pay fees for the entire current quarter, regardless of the date of withdrawal. Quarter liable
    Rationale

Tuition fee for a commenced term is non-refundable. When a family withdraws mid-term, the seat cannot be offered to another student at that point in the academic calendar — waitlisted families have already made alternate arrangements, and mid-session admissions disrupt the classroom and learning environment. The fee for the current term reflects the cost of holding and staffing that seat for the full term, regardless of attendance.

  4. Annual fee — transfer rule

The school reserves the right not to refund the annual fee for transfers informed after 31st October for Academic Session 2026–27. Transfers informed on or before 31st October will be considered for pro-rata adjustment at the school's discretion.

    Deadline: 31 Oct
  5. Security deposit — refund process

Security deposit is refundable, subject strictly to following the TC (Transfer Certificate) policy below.

Refund turnaround time (TAT) is 90 working days from the date of TC issuance and full dues clearance.

TC policy — mandatory for security refund

Follow all steps. Non-compliance forfeits security refund eligibility.

    1. Submit TC application at least 90 days in advance of the intended last date of attendance.
    2. Application must be sent via email to admissions@shriramglobalschool.in with subject line: "TC Application – [Student Name] – Class [X] – [Roll No.]"
    3. Attach: signed TC request letter, parent ID proof, and copy of fee receipt for current session.
    4. Obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) and full dues clearance from the Accounts Department. TC will not be processed until all outstanding dues are cleared.
    5. TC is issued within 15 working days of NOC. Security refund is processed within 90 working days of TC issuance.
